Stipulations: No smoking inside the house. No fires except in authorized areas. No hunting, firearms, or fireworks allowed. RV's, ATV's, off-road motorcycles, campers and outdoor tents are prohibited. Visitors are not allowed to remove any objects from the property. Cutting of any trees is also prohibited. No Pets Allowed.

The Sage House is a completely renovated vacation home located .03 of a mile from the Frio River. The rustic motif will make any visitor instantly feel relaxed as the interior reflects a rustic yet sophisticated feel. Two bedrooms and two full baths provide accommodations for 10 family members. The spacious great room provides for a relaxing gathering and board games central area off the open air kitchen and has French doors leading out to the B-B-Q and picnic areas. The backyard features tables, a fire pit, B-B-Q overhead festoon lights, horse shoes and washer toss for outdoor activities. The large rustic bedrooms feature oversize sleeping accommodations and French doors lead to the outdoor activities areas. Another relaxation fire pit area is located under an illuminated canopy of oaks.
The Sage House is designed for those individuals that love a relaxing rustic fung shey type of environment. Views of distant mountains are afforded through the private pinon tree privacy wall and wildlife is abundant. Walking, hiking, mountain biking, birding, tubing, kayaking, swimming and relaxing in an environment will make them feel one with nature. |
