May, 2022 - "This was our 3rd annual frio trip with our group of friends. There were a total of 22 of us and we all had plenty of space to hang out and have alone time if we wanted. The house layout is perfectly set up to have all the kids upstairs and each adult couple have their own room downstairs with everyone having their own bathroom(game changer). The living and kitchen areas are huge giving plenty of space for everyone to eat and hang out, including the commercial sized fridge that fit everyones food and still had room to spare. In our previous stays we've usually had to keep food in coolers because it didn't all fit in a normal fridge, not the case here. The house is also equipped with an ice maker outside which was extremely convenient. The outdoor space was a bonus. Pool was in great shape. Plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. There was one evening we noticed the pool needed to be circulated and I called the management office and they came over within an hour. They also came back the next morning to make sure it was in good order. The office management was extremely accessible, helpful and friendly. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and are already planning next years trip."

August, 2021 - "Great property, privacy and river access. Enjoyed the beautiful new home - was definitely built to accommodate a large group. We were able to comfortably have 20 people with room to spare. Pool and fire pit were loved by everyone. Just have to make sure to bring some necessities that aren’t included - sheets, towels, toilet paper, etc. You can rent sheets and towels, or just bring your own. Really beautiful property."
