Monte Vista sits back under large oak trees where abundant wildlife make their home. The front yard has a great man cave/party area, with super cute outdoor bar with fun tractor seats and a great fire pit. Watch the kids play horseshoes from the many outdoor seating areas. There are 2 barbecue smokers for making big family dinners. Close enough for you to walk to the river and cool off!
Monte Vista is a popular cabin full of charm and fun decor. This rustic two story cabins interior has an open floor plan, with large family kitchen, dining room and comfortable sofas under vaulted living room ceiling.
This relaxing cabins master bedroom and bath are downstairs, with super cute upstairs bedroom and charming loft upstairs with bath. Great price for the close river location (less than 1 minute drive to the 2nd crossing) this cabin is perfect for floating. The Frio Country store is a short 3 minute walk for ice cream and snacks. Outside sit by the fire pit and have a few drinks at the outdoor bar, while you enjoy the stars and Frio life.

August, 2023 - "The cabin was is a super cute! Clean when we arrived and had everything we needed to cook in door and outside. The location and distance to the river was perfect. Just a few minutes drive down river road to Neals and the House Pasture! My grandson and I loved watching the deer pass through the property every morning and evening. Would definitely stay here again!"
