Sitting far back off River Road lies Shady Oak. Perched on a slopped lot the cabin sits under one of the largest oak trees in Concan. A big covered porch, lots of seating, barbeque and picnic tables. Outside are horseshoes and washer toss.
Inside you find an open floor plan, with large living room and comfortable furnishings. A open concept dining area and separate kitchen. Step down into the master bedroom with two queen beds, while the back bunkroom is large, with a big bath room.
The location to the best part: walk next door to the public swimming pool, Flip Flop for groceries or a few doors down to Hippie Chicks for lunch. Great price for the location.
