The main river house is a one story rock beauty with a wide, deep covered back porch overlooking the river and mountain range. Featuring two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms on opposite sides of the house, with rock fireplace, tile floors and vaulted ceiling. Easy functioning u-shaped kitchen with bar counter & stools. Both the master bedroom and second bedroom have forever views of the river.
There's also a charming, separate two story rock Guest House that gives additional family and friends their own private getaway. Upstairs you'll find a living room with vaulted ceiling, functional kitchenette, Romeo & Juliet balcony overlooking distant mountain views, with twin bunk beds and sofa. Separate bedroom has Queen bed with updated ensuite bathroom.
Wide, long covered porch overlooking the Frio River. Horseshoe pit, outdoor fire pit, smoker, picnic table and plenty of room to relax & play by the Frio River. Great location for live music at the House Pasture, but with that gorgeous riverfront you won’t ever want to leave!
